MinMax SMART continues to make its stride through Virginia with the signing of the third utility, Central Virginia Electric Cooperative.
Central Virginia Electric is headquartered in Colleen, VA and is a member-owned utility serving 14 counties. The electric cooperative was founded in 1937.
