MinMax SMART continues to grow its footprint in North Dakota with the signing of Roughrider Electric Cooperative, a member-owned distribution organization serving a six-county area in the western part of the state.
The electric cooperative was founded in 1948. Today, it serves more than 7,000 members and provides power to more than 10,000 meters.
