MinMax SMART is now in use in Arkansas, with the signing of an electric cooperative in the northwest part of the state. Founded in 1938, the member-owned cooperative now serves more than 70,000 homes, farms and businesses in Arkansas and Oklahoma.

The cooperative selected MinMax SMART for its rapid-deployment capabilities, including integrated document management, pre-defined reports and library of utility asset types, inspection questions and manufacturers. The flexible, user-defined inspection and test data collection forms quickly standardize and organize both scheduled and unscheduled inspections, work orders, and service calls.

At its incorporation in 1938, the cooperative served 1,000 members with 50 miles of power lines. Today, the cooperative maintains more than 6,700 miles of lines and more than 70,000 meters across a nine-county territory spanning two states.
