With its 108,450 electric customers, the 6th largest public power utility in the state of California, The City of Riverside,  becomes the first utility in the state to adopt SMARTest as its substation asset inspection and performance tool.  The decision makers at The Riverside substation department chose SMART for its ease of use and flexibility in adopting to their environment.  MinMax is thrilled to have Riverside on board as a customer and is excited to enhance SMART with certain pole inspection compliance features required in the state of California.
