Another utility in North Carolina joins the SMARTest group of users. The I-40 corridor is abuzz with SMART talk. This city utility with six substations will use SMARTest from MinMax to automate their visual inspections, manage documents which includes drawings, pictures, test reports, and manuals. They also liked the feature that they can use their laptops equipped with a magnetic case (shelf) that can easily be placed on any metal wall for easy recording of data.
